SUP-Board rental
At MAYUC kayak, you can rent stand up paddle boards for two or three hours from Tangen or SAUDA Tourist Information, located in the center of the town.
A fun activity when you are a group of friends, kids/youth birthday or a group of familie.
No experience is necessary. Just book online and have a good fun! Stand up paddling around world has become very popular is the last decade. It is a great way to get out explore the outdoors, while at the same time using your body and learning something new. Stand up paddling is also very good for your balance, as you have to use all your muscles to stay upright. Don’t worry if you are a beginner: take it slow and start on your knees and when you feel ready push yourself up to standing - you are going to love it!

Prices for rent a SUP - board:
2 hours - 180 NOK pr. adult / 110 NOK pr. child
3 hours - 250 NOK pr. adult / 180 NOK pr. child
4 hours - 320 NOK pr. adult / 250 NOK pr. child
Full day - 400 NOK. pr. adult / 330 NOK pr. child
Family price: ( 2 adult + up to 2 child or a combination of 1 adult + 3 child )
2 hours = 440 NOK
3 hours = 640 NOK
4 hours = 840 NOK

Booking and Payment :

Reservations are made on our Enquiry Form here on our webside.

Payment can be made bank transfer or Vipps after you get an email confirmation on your booking.
Pickup and return of rental gear:

Pickup of the equipment: 09.00
-
Returning equipment: 17:30 til 18:00.

Both SUP board and equipment should be cleaned for the next customer to use.

If you prefer not to clean your board and pack, we can do it for you. This service costs NOK 200,-

If you return the equipment later than 18:30, let us know or we will charge you probably NOK 200,- for every hour you are late.

Disclaimer deal:

Only 1 person per board, unless it is an adult with a child.

Children 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Use neoprene paddling shoes or water-resistant sandals.

No experience is required. If it is your first time paddling you can start kneeling down and stand up when you have your balance. You must be able to swim.

Wear clothing appropriate to weather conditions. Take water, sunscreen etc as necessary.

We suggest putting your belongings in a dry bag.

We recommend that you do not paddle alone.

You must always have a PFD when you and your SUP board are on the water.

If you behave in an unsuitable manner (not respecting the public right, not wearing PFD) or influence of alcohol, drugs, psychiatric drugs or any similar substances, MAYUC kayak has the right to take back all hired equipment without reimbursement.

SUP board rented from MAYUC kayak is at your own risk. Accidents can happen without any contributory negligence from the MAYUC kayak or its staff. MAYUC kayak will NOT have any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury arising as a result of its own act or default. You are responsible for paddling in accordance with applicable regulations.

When you return, the rented SUP board must be cleaned and pack in its own bag in the same condition as it was when you left. If not, we will charge you for the cleaning or packing the board.

If you damage SUP board or other equipment, you are responsible for any costs to replace or repair it.

MAYUC kayak commits to rent SUP board in good condition suitable for use in our environment.
